ZeroCool is a division of RAE Corporation. We specialize in the manufacturing of packaged equipment for the precise conditioning of indoor grow facilities. The “E” in RAE stands for Engineering. For over 50 years we have produced exceptionally engineered solutions for a wide array of conditioning challenges. Our history of meeting horticulture needs began over 4 decades ago. Refrigeration Systems Inc. (RSI), another division of RAE Corporation, was developed over 40 years ago to meet the needs of farmers that required a controlled environment for produce storage. RSI quickly became a leader in the first-ever controlled environment market for the agricultural industry. RSI was successful in that endeavor and with that success revolutionized the industry. This resulted in American families being able to purchase fresh potatoes year-round. The next frontier in agriculture is occurring now; the indoor farm. Today’s indoor farms are contrasted with traditional greenhouses primarily in the use of artificial light, and, more importantly from RAE’s perspective, the control of an artificially generated climate by mechanically engineered equipment. RAE is on track to be the driver in this second revolution in the same way it was in the first. Our past experiences have taught us that these challenges are always more complexed than they appear. To properly live up to our namesake “E” we have taken 3 primary actions: First, we have created ZeroCool, a new division of RAE Corporation that is charged solely with meeting the needs of the indoor horticultural industry, specifically the environmental conditions. Second, to maximize our equipment, we have developed a technology that is unrivaled in the industry. This technology allows the user to not only monitor their operations and make setpoint adjustments from anywhere in the world, but also to repeat grow cycles at the push of a button. Third, to ensure that ZeroCool’s equipment has the best indoor test facility in the nation, we have purchased an active for-profit medical cannabis growth facility, named ZeroGroup.
