Our patented silicone and PTFE blended elastomer technology delivers non-stick and high performance surfaces to any application, replacing lubricants, coatings, flours and oils in the most demanding high and low temperature processing applications. We can even mould flexible materials within rigid frames for handling and automation efficiencies. As an industry example, we offer turnkey solutions to meet the demands of starchless molded gummy, candy and functional edibles, delivering hinged cavity candy moulds, cooling trays, pneumatic demoulding stations, curing trays, bulk bins, tunnel washing machines and stacker/destacker automation. WRH also manufactures SnapSlide, an incredibly efficient CR (child resistant) packaging technology that replaces difficult to open OTC, pharmaceutical and cannabis consumer packaging.
