Native Gro was created to provide a turn-key, integrated management solution for tribes that are interested in creating a combined convenience store and cannabis dispensary operation – the profitability of which is enhanced by their ability to grow some portion of the cannabis product that they offer in their dispensary. Much like a general contractor does for a construction project, Native Gro offers tribes the ability to contract with a single entity for all of the managerial and operation services necessary for execution of combined convenience store/dispensary/indoor grow solution. This offers the opportunity to leverage our core operational experience required to successfully start operations, which may be transitioned to tribes over time.
