Work quickly began on the design that set the standard for closed-loop extractors, The ETS 1300. As the industry continues to expand, ExtractionTek Stainless has continued to meet the industry’s needs and innovate the technologies products and services extraction clients and regulatory agencies require to ensure the safety of its operators and facilities. ExtractionTek released the Modular Extraction Platform in November 2016 offering the Cannabis industry the first Engineer peer reviewed scalable hydrocarbon extraction solution. The new design was well received by the industry and is still widely considered best in class for production units in the space. The MeP ranges from 10 to 70 liters in material capacity and is designed to be upgraded to larger material capacities without the need for extensive engineering or regulatory review. Extractiontek also offers service, support and consumables for all popular extraction equipment. As of July 2016, ExtractionTek was awarded United States Design Patents for all four models ExtractionTek Stainless offers to the industry. ExtractionTek Solutions is headquartered in Denver Colorado, in April of 2021 ExtractionTek Stainless announced the acquisition of Pinnacle Stainless bringing two Colorado-based innovators in cannabis extraction technology, equipment design and fabrication together. The merger brings together expertise in closed-loop hydrocarbon and ethanol extraction methodologies, and allows the companies to centralize all equipment design with in-house fabrication, all of which will facilitate business expansion.
